All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Orders placed after 8am are processed the following day. Weekend orders will only be processed on the Monday and orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. A tracking number from the courier will be provided via email the same day your order is collected by the courier.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For expedited shipping options, additional charges may apply, and delivery times will be provided at checkout

Undelivered Shipping Policy

It is essential that you ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Should the courier not be able to deliver due to the incorrect address provided or should the courier not be able to reach you at the phone number provided then your item might be returned to us after a number of failed delivery attempts - the cost to resend your item would be for your account. Should the courier deliver the item to the incorrect address provided, we will not be held responsible should items be signed for and collected at the incorrect delivery address provided.
